My Philosophy

You are born into this world as your purest, truest self.  Then…your journey through this life begins.  Your family often begins your shaping, your conforming, your identity, creating your beliefs about yourself & the world around you.  As you continue to journey through this life taking in the world, the people who cross your path, you collect beliefs, emotions & traumas through these experiences.  This collection of beliefs, emotions & traumas, when unprocessed (because society teaches us not to express ourselves) causes suffering, mental & physical illness or pain.  Yet, when given the opportunity to go within, beyond all the noise, you know who you are at your purest, truest self.  It’s often a journey of unlearning.  A remembering.  I have walked this journey of unlearning, remembering for over a decade now.  I offer my learnings & gifts of Breathwork, Reiki, Energy Healing, Intuitive Guidance & Root Cause work to walk with you through your journey of self-healing, unlearning and remembering.
