9:00am – 11:00pm

  • Kiwanis Bark River Canoe/Kayak Run (suggested donation $10-$20)

    Casual tour starting in Centennial Park, finishing at Nixon Park

12:00pm – 12:30pm

  • Kiwanis Rubber Deck Derby

    Purchase duck at Nixon Park Pavilion (by playground) | $5 for one or $20 for five

    Ducks race from Cover Bridge on Bark River Greenway (behind Señor Tomas) to Nixon Park

    Purchased ducks are awarded prizes for 1st, 2nd, and last place (Do not need to be present to win)

1:00pm – 2:00pm

  • Second Chance Duck Raffle

    By purchasing a duck you will be entered for another chance to win a raffle prize (Must be present to win)

10:00am – 2:00pm

  • Kiwanis Hammer-schlagen at Nixon Park

    $1 per nail

  • Shop craft and vendor sale
  • Beer Garden and food provided by Endter’s
  • Music in Nixon Park Bandshell
  • Hartland Ice Age Trail tour from Nixon to Centennial Park and back (10:00am – 12:00pm)

WHEN

Saturday, April 30th, 2022, Event 9:00 am – 2:00 pm,

Set up begins at 8:30 am

Take down at 2:00 pm, must be cleaned up by 3:00 pm

Rain or Shine

 

THE EVENT

This vendor event will be in conjunction with the Bark River Bash in which there will be Canoe/Kayak/SUP run on the Bark River, a rubber duck derby, Hammer-schlagen, live music, food and beer. This will be held rain or shine.  No refunds will be given.

 

BOOTHS

The fee for Saturday, April 30th is $25. Once paid, these fees are non-refundable. Exhibit booth space is approximately 12’ wide by 12’ deep. If you wish to reserve a double space (24’ x 12’) the cost is $50. All booths must be self-contained. Electricity is NOT available. Approval for booth space and products sold will be the discretion of the Downtown Hartland Business Improvement District. Vendors will be accepted once payment has been received. Booth locations are not guaranteed and are subject to change.  Only one direct sales vendor will be allowed from each business.

 

BID Businesses fee is waived.  Please, still send an application in to secure space.

 

LOCATION

Nixon Park, designated locations will be given no later than Monday, April 25th.

 

LIABILITY

Each vendor is responsible for their own exhibit and materials.  Tents, tables, etc. is the responsibility of the vendor. The Village of Hartland, the Business Improvement District and its sponsors will not be responsible for loss or damage to the booth, display materials, vehicles, or any other property or personal liability. Vendors are responsible for their own health and taking precautions to avoid transmitting and/or acquiring any illnesses, including COVID.
