The BID offers two successful matching grant programs to assist businesses with façade improvement grants and sign and awning grants.
2011 Façade Improvement Grant Program for B.I.D. property owners and businesses in the district. The program offers matching grants up to $10,000 to business and property owners completing B.I.D. approved exterior building repairs and renovations. The purpose of the program is to stimulate exterior building repairs of existing commercial buildings in the district. The program is intended to produce positive, visible changes that impact the entire Hartland community.
2011 Sign and Awning Grant Program offers matching grants up to $750 for new commercial signs and awnings.

New in 2011 will be the Business Loan Pool Program offering low interest loans for BID members.
A Business Certification program will also be a new resource for businesses who complete specified business courses at WCTC to receive a $1,000 grant.
